You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
ORDERS
When you place an order we will aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days. Despite the fact that we control our stock constantly, there is always a chance of running out of stock and not be able to ship part or your whole order. If this happens we will always contact you on your email to notify you about it.
In the unfortunate event, you would like to cancel, you can do it, with no cancellation fees while your order is still in process. If your order has been shipped, and you want to cancel it, you can still do it, however, you will be charged with the shipping/delivery cost to your chosen address and back to us. Please also note that in any case you will only get a refund of the cost of the products, after any discount that may have been applied during your order.
COUPONS
- Coupons must be used until the date stated on the email you received the coupon with, or the date mentioned on the paper coupon you received with your order.
- Expired or used coupons are not valid and we can not accept them under no circumstances.
- You are allowed to use only one coupon per order.

If applicable for a product of ours (especially the CYCLADES product category), please follow or see the advice or note on its label(s).

PAYMENTS
We usually accept payment of your order only by direct bank transfer to our bank account but we may set up the ability to also pay with PayPal.
We store only the minimum amount of information from you necessary to make a transaction. We never store your credit/debit card details. We may use PayPal only for users who have an account with PayPal so they can pay without having to enter their credit card/debit card details.
If and when you save your credit/debit cards for future payments you give permission to NC TRADE UK LTD. to:
- charge your card without having to re-enter your credit/debit card details every time you make a purchase.
- charge your card on your behalf when placing orders by email and want to avoid us contacting you to provide your credit/debit card details.
- charge your card when your statement is due in the scenario where you have a credit account with us.
When you save your credit/debit card with us for future payments, we’re not uploading/saving anything on our servers.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
