Delivery, Shipping & Returns

At Nova Care we try constantly our best to offer exceptional customer service for our clientele.

We offer a FREE express delivery service on all orders over £120 in the UK (usually Royal Mail-Parcelforce) which is delivered to you in 2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day it is sent from us.

If your order is below £120 in the UK, a supplementary delivery charge of £9.99 will be added to your purchase receipt/invoice. In this case (orders under £120) please note that no order would be dispatched unless the full amount of the order (including the supplementary delivery charge of £9.99) has been paid in full. Then an express delivery service (usually Royal Mail-Parcelforce) gets your order delivered to you in 2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day it is posted from us.

We also offer competitively priced postage to all other locations worldwide.

Delivery/Shipping rates & general information:

Orders received and fully paid after 12:30pm will be processed the following business day.

After your order has been received and your payment/bank transfer funds have been cleared into our business bank account we will prepare your order for delivery or shipment.

We send your order by post from Monday through to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Please note that our estimated delivery time includes one business day of processing time.

For your security, orders may require a signature on delivery.

We aim to ensure your order is delivered within the specified timescales but during busy periods (including sale periods) or during the current period of pandemic our deliveries may take a little longer.

We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

Estimated Timescale per destination:

Most of UK  delivery 3-5 DAYS (Monday-Friday)

Rest of UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Isle of Man)  3-6
DAYS (Monday-Friday)

For other deliveries to Europe or Worldwide we will contact you at your email after you place your online order and before you make your bank transfer/payment to us so that we inform you of the shipping cost for your already placed order (depending always on the destination you have chosen for your order and also your selection of shipping service) . In this case (international orders) please note that no order would be dispatched unless the full amount of the order (including the relevant cost of your international shipment) has been paid in full. Moreover please do not forget that under no circumstances do we deal with any customs clearance (if needed) at your chosen destination of your order. This will always be an obligation of the recipient of your order and not ours.

Returns

Usually and especially nowadays with the current pandemic of COVID-19 we do not accept returns unless a product of ours is faulty or damaged during their delivery.

However if you are not completely happy with any of our products upon receipt of your order and would like to return it then email us at: info@novacaretrade.com.

All returns must be in their original packaging and unused.
